Just like our DNA, ascension is a spiral, whether physical mental or spiritual, experiences and themes come back to back to be healed time and time again. Each time around we are able to look at the pattern a bit differently and heal another fractal of our holographic soul. You may travel the spiral alone, but healing must be done in relationship.  Human relationships (joyful and painful) are catalyst for healing. but the relationship with yourself and with the Divine is what brings Ascension and ushers in the New Earth. 

Epigenetics tells us we carry the genetic remembrances of our ancestor within our DNA. My own energetic remembrances and experience tells me not only are genetic remembrances within our DNA, but there are karmic remembrances within our (chakra)s energy centers. This is how and why we can clear energy on the quantum field- healing generations that came before us and generations that may come after. On an energetic level, we chose this human body, family of origin and remembrances so we can learn and heal.
